1. Sales Policy

• Used Goods: All items sold in our store are used unless otherwise specified. Product condition is described as accurately as possible, but variations in cosmetic wear may occur.

• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is complete, current, or error-free.

• Pricing: All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

• No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

• 14-Day Exchange Policy: You may exchange a purchased item for another item of equal or lesser value within 14 days of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

  • Items must be in the same condition as sold, with no additional wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability and manager approval.

  • If the exchange item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit. If of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.

3. Selling to Us

• Used Goods Only: We purchase pre-owned golf-related equipment and accessories in acceptable condition.

• Identification Requirement: To sell items, you must be at least 18 years old and present valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport).

• Item Ownership: By selling an item, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the item and have the right to sell it.

• Final Sale: All purchases from customers are final. Once sold, you relinquish all rights to the item.

• Valuation: Our valuation is based on current market demand and item condition. We reserve the right to decline any item at our sole discretion.

4. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of purchased products.

• All used products are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, unless required by law.

5. Privacy Policy

• Customer information collected (e.g., name, contact details, and ID for sellers) is used solely for transaction purposes and internal record-keeping.

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law.

6. Store Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, engages in suspicious activity, or violates these terms.

• Surveillance may be in use on premises for security and loss prevention purposes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the jurisdiction of our primary place of business.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and/or in-store.
